Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time- to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase.
In this case, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back- ordered item or if you would like for us to send the available products and process a refund for the goods not available at that moment.
We dispatch all orders within 48 - 72 hours of receiving the order.
We deliver the products throughout the world using logistic partners independently or via Shiprocket viz., but not limited to E-Comm, Xpressbee, DHL, FeDex, BlueDart, India Post, and Delhivery.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. The more you buy – the lower the shipping.
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is submitted we cannot accept cancellations or changes.
Due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons products once sold cannot be restocked or resold and so we do not accept returns.

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 10 days depending on the delivery location
Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 30 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 - 3 business days of payment of the order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
To avoid any delays in your order we request you to please provide a complete address for purpose of shipping and hassle free delivery with your full name, complete postal address with house number, street name or locality, pin code and landmarks if any.
For requests in the change of delivery address, we will be able to cater to them only before the order has been processed for dispatch. If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation through our courier partners.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
We request you to please inspect your order upon receipt or maximum within 48 hours upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
The final decision on the issue will be at the sole discretion of Shazen Herbals.
Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order after evaluating the situation. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!

Import Duties & Taxes on International Shipments
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and Shazen Herbals encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Shazen Herbals at the customer's expense and the customer will receive no refund for the value of goods paid. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

International shipping quotes do not include any duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied by your country's government. Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer.
Every country has different rules and regulations regarding international packages.
Customs regulations are often different for small packages versus large packages. Please be sure that you are aware of any specific customs regulations for your country. We will do everything we can to help you receive your package, but we cannot be responsible for packages that are detained in customs.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
