Where do I buy the Meeem Soaps?

You can buy our natural soaps online easily right from the convenience of your home through our website meeemskincare.com

What is the Shelf Life of your products? And how long do they last on use?

Each soap bar is 125 gm and will last you for more than a month with regular use. Meeem soaps will last up to 3 years from the date of manufacturing under proper storage conditions.

For bulk quantities: Store in a cool, dry place; seal master cases between restocking. Keep stock rotated and fresh.

What ingredients do you use in your soaps?

Our top in class skin care soaps are made out of carefully selected ingredients in the best proportions. We use essential oils, natural butters, herbs and flowers besides other natural ingredients. We source all our ingredients in a responsible manner.

Are Meeem natural skincare products vegan?

Some of our products are vegan and some are not. The animal-derived products we may use are goat milk, camel milk, buttermilk, yogurt, honey and beeswax.

Our products are never tested on animals. Our soaps contain no animal fats; we use a vegan base of natural plant oils and butters.

What type of skin are your soaps best suited for? Are these to be used on face only or both face and body?

Our soaps are unisex & suitable for all age groups. Made out of natural ingredients, our skin care soaps will help you maintain the natural unblemished skin tone that you have always wanted without any hassles. Our soaps can be used on both face and body.

I have a sensitive skin with minor eczema and psoriasis – Can I still use these soaps?

Yes. Our customers with sensitive skins have reported that they can use our soaps meant for sensitive skin with no irritation whatsoever. Of course, there are always exceptions. However, we have many soap users with eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea, and they all write to say the same thing: "Thank you!”. Are these soaps suitable for men? I have a very demanding field job and I barely get time to do anything for my skin.

Of course!! Why should only girls have all the fun? You’d be surprised to know that a lot of our loyal customers are men and they absolutely swear by our products especially because all they have to do is to have a bath twice a day and they’re good as new!

Heat, humidity, dust, air pollution and ultraviolet radiation from the sun are the enemies of your skin. Can these soaps be used on children?

Yes, children’s skin is sensitive and needs gentle cleansing and nourishment. Made out of natural ingredients, our skin care soaps will help in keeping their skin soft, tan-free and clean. We recommend Coconut Crème Soap, Aloe Vera Soap and Herbal Scrub Soap for children of the age 4 years and above.

Can I continue using other products while I am using your soaps?

Yes, our soaps do not interfere with any other product or treatment. You are free to use any product that you are already using or you wish to use alongside. However, we assure you that you may not need any extra products once you get used to a Meeem Skin Care routine.

What are the Basic, Daily and Advanced Curated Skincare Kits?

The Meeem Basic Skin Care Kit consists of 2 soaps for very basic skin concerns like pimples, suntan, dryness, sensitive skin, oily skin, combination skin, stretch marks, pigmentation, etc.

Do we ALWAYS have to use the soaps in combinations?

No you can use these soaps on their own too if you do not have any specific skin concerns and are looking for good quality skincare soaps for regular skin and body care routine.

However, depending on your skin type, condition, daily exposure to sun and pollution and skincare requirements we highly recommend using the soaps in available or customized combinations for best results. We have curated kits available under Basic, Daily and Advanced Skincare categories to meet your skin care needs.

How to use these soaps?

These soaps work best in combinations. Apply soap directly on face and body. Massage the lather well, luxuriously for few minutes and then wash the lather. Use the soaps directly on the skin. Do not lather on the hands and apply. The herbs and oils in the soaps work the best when they're in direct contact with the skin.

Morning: Soap 1 >> Lather >> Wash off >> Soap 2 >> Wash Off

Daily Skin Care Routine:

What if the above curated sets do not meet my skin needs?

In case you cannot find a combination kit specific to your skin need or you are confused about what products you need to use, you can click on our ASK AN EXPERT link and fill up a detailed questionnaire explaining us your skin problems and condition. We will revert back to you with a customized plan for your skin concern within 48 hours.

Using 2 – 4 soaps for a bath sounds very cumbersome to me, isn’t there an easier way out?

: ) We understand that this concept of using “soaps” as a skin care system is a little new for most users and to add to that using multiple soaps in the form of a routine can be a little overwhelming. Then again we really want you to trust us …this one time and use our products.

Once you see the results yourself you will love the fact that you will not be needing a lot of your skincare products and cosmetics and would end up saving a lot of time and money.

But still, in case you cannot follow the morning and night routine. (We would highly recommend you follow). If not, Use each of the 2 routines on alternative days.

How long does it take for the soaps to work?

You will feel soft and fresh within 3 – 4 uses of the soaps. But to see a visible difference in skin conditions we recommend you use these soaps for at least 4 – 6 weeks in recommended combinations. All our soaps are made from natural ingredients and they take their time to act effectively as compared to other chemical based products in the market. However, every skin condition is unique and there are always exceptions.

I have severe skin problems and I wish to give these products a try. What should I know?

However, you must understand that Shazen Herbals the owner of Brand Meeem is into manufacturing natural skin care soaps and is limited to minor skin concerns and aesthetically oriented services.

The company and the brand are in no way a substitute or replacement for care by a dermatologist or a medical professional for healthcare concerns outside of the scope defined above. You remain responsible for my own dermatologic medical care including but not limited to conditions such as skin cancer, melanoma, severe psoriasis or eczema, among others.

And hence you must release Shazen Herbals and Brand Meeem – Your Skin Specialists and all of its employees or affiliates from all responsibility in connection with the diagnosis and treatment of such skin conditions.

I am a new user and I am still very skeptical about buying soaps. Can I request for trial packs to use first before I make an actual purchase of the original size?

YES! You can. But our Company has no policy of free samples; since we get several such requests and it is not economically feasible to cater to them all with respect to high courier charges, however, we would be glad to send you paid sample bag of all 12 soaps of 20 gm each at a nominal cost.

I am not a distributor or a marketing company. Can I still buy your soaps in bulk and resell in my network of acquaintances, friends, colleagues or at exhibitions and independent sales?

YES! We encourage home based resellers, housewives, entrepreneurs, small shops and retail business owners to resell our soaps. The more you buy the better margins you get.

How do you ship to me?

We ship using SHIPROCKET PARTNERS or FEDEX unless instructed differently. Please refer our Shipping Policies for complete information.

How much will shipping be? What is your minimum requirement for free shipping?

Sorry, no free shipping. Shipping costs are not included in our prices and are based on total weight and destination of your order. It also largely depends on the courier or transport service you choose. The more you buy – the lower the shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most wholesale orders ship within 4 -7 business days after the payment is made. Additional 3-5 days of transit. Custom or especially large orders may take longer subject to stock availability.

Shazen Herbals never ships on an open invoice.

What if I want to return my stock soap product?

Soap bars that are sent back to us clean, fresh, with undamaged outer cover, and in marketable condition will be credited back to you. Substandard (non-marketable product) with damaged or bent outer cartons receives no credit. The seller will have to bear the shipping costs. Upon successful receipt of undamaged products, the amount would be duly credited to your bank account within 5 – 7 business days.
